a. Google Account Information
When you connect your Google account through our application, we collect and store the following:
- Your Google Account ID and email (for account linking).
- Access and refresh tokens provided by Google to access the

b. WhatsApp Business Information
When you use our WhatsApp Business services, we may collect and process the following:
- Your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ID, phone number, and display name.
- Message content and metadata exchanged through the WhatsApp Business API, including text, media, and template messages sent to or received from customers.
- Customer contact information (phone numbers) provided by you for messaging purposes.
- Message delivery and read receipt data provided by the WhatsApp Business Platform.
- Business verification details and Meta Business Manager credentials used to authenticate and authorize your account.
c. Website and Usage Data
- Basic usage analytics such as pages visited and features used, to help us improve our platform.
- IP address and browser/device information for security and fraud prevention.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information collected solely for the purpose of:
- Authenticating and authorizing your account with Google and Meta/WhatsApp.
- Viewing and managing your Google Business Profile locations (create, update, edit, view).
- Sending, receiving, and managing WhatsApp Business messages on your behalf via the WhatsApp Business API.
- Providing you with agency-level tools to manage multiple businesses and communication channels in one place.
- Complying with legal obligations and Meta's platform policies, including WhatsApp Business API Terms of Service.
- Improving, maintaining, and securing our platform and services.
3. WhatsApp Messaging and Meta Platform Policy
Our use of the WhatsApp Business API is governed by WhatsApp's Business Policy and Meta's Platform Terms. In connection with WhatsApp services:
- We only send messages to end-users who have opted in to receive communications from your business.
- We do not use WhatsApp to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that violates WhatsApp's Acceptable Use Policy.
- Message content and customer data processed through WhatsApp are used exclusively to deliver the services requested by you.
- We do not share WhatsApp message content or customer data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
- End-users always have the right to opt out of receiving messages from your business at any time by replying STOP or contacting your business directly.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
- We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal or business information to third parties.
- We do not share your Google or WhatsApp account data except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.
- We may share data with trusted service providers (e.g., cloud infrastructure) who process it solely on our behalf and under strict confidentiality obligations.
- We act as an agent on your behalf and access your data only to provide the agreed services.
5. Data Storage and Security
Access tokens, refresh tokens, and message data are securely stored in our systems using industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Access to stored data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your stored tokens and data at any time. Upon account termination, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
7. Your Control and Choices
- You can revoke our access to your Google Business Profile at any time from your Google Account settings.
- You can revoke our access to your WhatsApp Business Account at any time from your Meta Business Manager.
- You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your stored data by contacting us directly at support@trymassive.ai.
- End-users who receive WhatsApp messages through our platform may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting the business that sent the message.
8. Compliance with Google API Services
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
